Im using Substance Designer plugin for texturing my scenes in Unreal, Im also using 3dsmax for almost everything else. But I dont know whats better between these 2 options :

> If I use UV inside 3dsmax, I can configure my floor exactly where I want it to be, I drop my texture done in substance there, adjust it and then that polygon will have the perfect coordinates. BUT On the other hand, I wont be able to use any other substance mat inside unreal as they will have totally different uvs.

>Or, option B, ignore UV in 3dsmax, use the substance inside unreal and being able to adjust everything using different parameters and procedural options. I can manually adjust the UV using a node, but its not very accurate.

Am I missing something here?
