My son is teaching me blender. The door for my home doesnt fit. see? What can I do?
>>693473Use the questions thread for one. Also, use the snap to vertex (magnet in the bottom center) in edit mode to match the heights.
>>693475Well, I guess it's at the top center in your case. You can click the little menu next to the magnet to change snapping modes. Then hold ctrl to snap while hovering over the place you want to snap to, or you can turn on the magnet to do it automatically.
>>693473Nice. Blender has a tough time doors (you get what you pay for LOL) I suggest you try selecting the house object and pressing the 'S' key. This will allow you to scale up the size of the house so the door can fit inside.
>>693473>What can I do?
idk i guess u have to make a new one now but im sure blender guru probably has a tutorial to make doors that will fit your cULb hOusE , worst case wait for master zeon to make a plug in for that
>>693500The saw you recommended arrived at my home earlier today but it seems to be no no good. I have been trying to get through the door for the last 30 minutes and I am only this far in. Do you have any other recommendatyions?
>>694508Hmmmmm, maybe you should try one of those two person saws and get your son to help.
>>694508If you can't get the door smaller, you'll need to make your opening larger. Time to tackle the area just above the opening with a sledgehammer.
>>693473>>693500>>694508nice boomer-LARP/trolling, good sir
