Cintiq's on the other hand have parallax, are bulky and need multiple cables to work.

Some people can't stand the look, but the feel is utterly superior to glass friction.Honestly, I'd take matte any day. I can have a color accurate main monitor and a decent enough display tablet for work for well under any cintiq.

Have an older 21ux I got off ebay for $200.21ux was "scratched" so I just peeled off the coating. Photodon screen protector is $50.$250 for a pro cintiq 1600*1200 with good color accuracy. looks and runs mint. Ergotron arm has no issues supporting it.
