I recently got the Oculus Quest and I'm wondering if there is an easy way to do motion capture with this headset and use the data for animation in blender? Also, general Oculus Quest thread. Does anyone else own the headset?
>>685081you could probably constrain a camera to the viewport camera and hit record

>>685081I don't know if it works with the Quest but here is a program that can produce fbx and bvh motion capture files with the Oculus Rift or Vive.https://www.liberty3d.com/glycon/Also supports up to 10 Vive trackers and lets you import models to act as sets or just use the tools inside the program to create them inside the program in VR.

Think I wonder about the headsets with 'inside-out' tracking is if you can make a program that saves the model it generates, so it becomes a improv 3D scanner. Would be very simple geometry but imagine if you can improve on areas just by looking closer and at more angles.
>>685121Is there a
torrent
?
>>685449I could upload the newest version that was just released the other day to rapidgator. I don't do torrents. You would need to find someone to crack it though. I paid $99 for it. I just hope I didn't fuck myself doing this. Please understand.
>>685121It says WMR support is coming soon
>>685121It doesn't currently work with the Questhttps://www.reddit.com/r/oculus/comments/acj9is/glycon_r10_vr_mocap_is_just_plain_better_than/
