Ninja Ripper isn't working. there is nothing in the Export Folder (I've tried all its ripping methods)

I don't need the 3DS file, I can use OBJ and MDL, so, does anyone have any ideas for a program that WORKS in ripping from GE3?

Been there, been through those forums, I've got Noesis to work for some of the MDL files, but not for my specific character model, and not for Phym.
