when was the last time you interacted with humans other than work, or buying something?
>>
>>674809

i'm not sure
>>
>>674813
no memeing, people are social animals even if your introvert you still need social interactions just less. maybe call your sibling, talk to a work college about something other than work.

Or you don't know anyone go somewhere doesn't matter too much as long as there is foot traffic but they are not in a rush: a park, waiting for a bus or buying food. ask them a simple question if they seem happy to help you out maybe ask something else or just small talk.

You'll only get worse the longer you go without socialising.

Seek help before it gets serious
>>
>>674825
sorry mate, if you have questions about 3d I can probably help but I'm not a therapist
>>
>medication not working
If you have started recently, like a month or so ago, that is normal and you have to wait. If not, go see your doctor. Consider asking about complementing your medication with therapy.

>your family
Call them. Tell them you are in a bit of a rough spot and would appreciate the company and the chance to talk a bit, clear things out in your head, etc.

Only do something if you do it because you enjoy doing it, don't do things as a means to an end.
>>

>don't do things as a means to an end.
Bad advice. Practically all goals worth achieving require going through some non-enjoyable means.
>>
>>674969
I don't quite mean it like that, what I mean is don't do something you don't enjoy doing but if you enjoy doing it, then just enjoy doing it. With time it could become a profession and the means to the end.

Op has done what many people do, they do shit for the sake of doing it even if they hate doing it they try to force them selves to like doing it. It does not work like that, you have to find what you enjoy doing, even if that means doing nothing at all and there is nothing wrong with doing nothing so long as you enjoy doing nothing. People beat them selves up all the time because they feel they just aren't good enough to do anything, they see people doing stuff through their social media accounts and then they get depressed. They just aren't looking outside of what is so and so doing, what have they uploaded on youtube for me to watch, wow i want to be just like them...

@OP get outside and find something you like doing, don't follow other people, maybe you enjoy walking, then find a group that does walking in interesting locations. Maybe gardening is your thing, maybe woodwork, or electronics or programming or... there are thousands of things to do.

Not true, totally not true, if you enjoy something you will naturally learn it without it being non-enjoyable. for example I enjoy learning to code, I don't try to be good at it and so it is a hobby but as the years go by I get better and better and better at it. I take my time with it, i don't try to force myself to learn everything at once, I just take my sweet fucking time like it don't really matter.

>>
>>674805
Have you tried meditation?
>>
all right, man, a local /fit/ representative told me about one good solution
start quote-
basically fuck meditations psychologists pills other bullshit it just doesn't work
the saviour is discipline through cold showers every fucking morning
your body will resist
show it that it's you, the emergent observer is the boss here, not some low-level response and take it anyway
then start lifting
happiness will come naturally
-end quote
I'm gonna test that right in the morrow
