How does one create a graphics filter to layer on top of their 3D animations in blender? I want a penciled/washed out look like valkyria and they use a filter to do it
>>672199nvm I figured it out, I'm stupid as fuck.
>>672200So how did you to it?
>>672204not OP but you can use this to have textured shadows, you can mix that with a difuse material ....
>>672204this is the texture that i use there, in Eevee
>>672214>Shader to RGB nodeShit, how could I miss that bad boy? That looks like a fun one to play around with.
>>672262You may have missed it because it only works in 2.8 for EEVEE so it won't appear if you are using Cycles or an earlier version.
>>672283Well I've been using Eevee lately for the most part, and I guess it passed under my radar.I guess it's a little bit of consolation having something like that which only works in Eevee when the bevel shader/node only works in Cycles. Then again, I guess you could always bake the normals from the bevel node and use it in Eevee too.Still, shader to RGB sounds like it'll be really neat to mess around with. Gotta give it a go sometime.
>>672283I suppose it should be ported to cycles eventually, at least it is what they say in the twitter video, you can alweays ask Pablo Vazquez on the monday youtube podcast .https://twitter.com/BlenderDev/status/996768572213952512
This is great and Im sure I will end up using it somewhere.
