Since he essentially just did a tracing job with colors, all the consistensies of the keyframe animation and volume of the mesh as things like legs and breasts make the transition between mediums unscathed. In my opinion, there's also too many frames of animation and again, they all have the same level of consistent quality, as the 3D mesh does.It's hard to explain, but this is 2D in name only. It looks good but the most flattering thing you could say about it is that it looks like shading arcsys would make.
