Looks like upper-end of amateur, lower-end of professional. Kind of reminds me of 3D animated kids shows.

Animation is just baseline junior animator.

But my main concern is that the layout guy clearly never learned basic filmography language and just winging it. Or perhaps there never was any layout TD at all, it was all just one animator doing everything...

Looks professional but stressed. Minimum acceptable to get the content out fast, thing to remember is that quake champions is prob produced by a skeleton team that have their resources stretched very thin.
