hi guys, im struggling to find study materials for pic related, i want to learn where to place loops in retopology for animation and natural deformity, but i cant seem to fin any good information, is there any website, video, tutorial, book, pdf, magazine i should checkout to learn this?

Have a look on YT for a quick tut on using Triangles in elbow and knee joints. I think it was CGCookie or CGGeek.
