Hi /3 , noob and no artist fag here. working on a game lately and i need a time machine model what program you think suits machinery? i mean the easiest maybe with pre made mechanical parts ..etc, i tried blender and it's so hard to start from scratch.

Any program works, just learn to hardsurface and work with normals effectively
