Hi guys,

I'm looking for ways to import an editable full body mesh into After Effects so can use it as a depth map like the image attached. Anyone have any good leads? (image is from a plugin called Volumax)

File: serveimage.jpg (9 KB, 250x238)

9 KB JPG
what the fuck?

Damm no fucking clue, I mean, it depends on what plugin will read the mesh file, does it uses a full obj mesh? Does it only need a grayscale image? You can't directly edit a mesh in after effects, so i think you would first need to model the face in another software, render a z-pass or mist-pass, and then use the grayscale image to fake depth in æ
