I think the most important thing for me when using a software is the community.
if it doesn't have a good forum and community I feel very alone.
you got to search tutorials alone, you post on a forum that's dead and don't get an answer.
no one to share modeling difficulties with.

on good forum you can share your model file and people will help and you make pals and joke etc.

lot of software forums are just for reporting problems or asking a question and getting one reply for a team member whose paid to reply to things.
