science has already solved it. The primary purpose of the research is to simulate tiddies for breast cancer detection. It's also very slow, as one would expect for a simulation intended to mimic reality as closely as possible.
If you search, there are papers which show how their simulation works. Usually bones and stuff are rigid bodies, and then they model muscles and fat separately since they simulate differently. I can't remember what they do about skin though.

They're a pretty complicated structure, so it's not trivial to produce accurate approximations.
Everyone *kinda* knows what boobies look like (even if they don't know they know or can't sufficiently describe it) which means it's easy to spot a fake (a poor simulation).
Everyone loves porn so there's a big demand to have nice looking jiggle boobs, but it takes a lot of effort to get it right and there's a commercial aspect to it (people selling porn or porn-like products) so there's an incentive not to just give away all their hard work even though it would advance humanity and increase the sum total of human knowledge (such is the nature of capitalism, to keep us from what matters most).
Consequently your only source of techniques are going to be amateurs or altruists and they generally lack the resources to create sufficient simulations, and then also the highest concentration of boob physics experts are in non-english speaking countries (japan, south korea, china) and the language barrier, plus the aforementioned economic factors, plus the other factors make it difficult for us westerners to share information or collaborate.

I feel perhaps the closest we can get would be to wrap a fluid sim in a cloth sim. The fluid would simulate an malleable, incompressible volume i.e. fat while the cloth would just act as the container i.e. skin. The natural shape of the boob would just depend on how the skin is attached to the rest of the body, while the fluid would just be a free-flowing mass restricted by the container and another collider acting as a ribcage. We'd probably be able to simulate more static poses such as hanging that way too. But that's just my theory and I don't have the hardware to simulate such complexity.

Volume is conserved since fluids are theoretically incompressible. Plus, fluid ≠ water. You can always tweak the viscosity and adhesion properties of the fluid to resemble breast fat.

Breasts have the most variations on the human body. Origin, Mass, pendulation, breastmilk, implants, nipples, and sag all vary from woman to woman. Since there's no one way to make a breast, there's really no one way to program their motion.

Say you get the physics right and shit, the nake breast will behave differently when clothes are added to the model. Science is to precise and specific to help the common 3d modeler. So I think keyframing it and knowing your animation principles will be the best medicine for tiddy fisix.

start counting calories and use one of the many free services that exist for such purposes.
They don't differ much, I personally use cronOmeter, it's all right, use what's convenient.
Just autistically weigh and note down what you ate, without changing what you eat to that point.
Then you see how many Kcal you usually eat.
After that look at lower-calorie alternatives to the "expensive" stuff you are eating.
Slowly reduce, you will find that after some time the cravings are only minorily physical and maorily psychological.
You can weather it.

Alright that was probably a bit too much credit. In the end im just a humble 3D adept. If anyone is interested in how I did that, let me know, I have a tutorial for that in Maya (youtube and vimeo and google all killed it for nudity issues - lol, so Ill have to send you a private link somehow)

Here is some other thing I did for our game development a while ago. Its not per-vertex volume sim, but it is realtime inside the game engine and looks decent enough I think.

Are these even good? Sure, the technical aspect is there and there's a ton of detail, but feels like it's a very mixed bag as to what was actually accomplished.
For example, the diaphragms are actually animated to show them breathing, yet in the first one her boob clips through her shirt and the lacing holding the collar together doesn't even follow the shirt as it deforms. How the hell do you include such minuscule detail yet overlook very obvious clipping?
Then there's the super odd movement of the fingers. They're way too "fluid" and just looks like someone attempted to clean up mocap without any real human references.

From my testing, Blender doesn't have anything to adequately and realistically preserve volume upon collision/compression of soft bodies (as Maya does). You can get decent "jiggling" by itself but not good volume-preserving collisions without a lot of extra work (mostly doing it manually, or a special rig that deforms manually in response to collision). The only volume preservation you get out of the box is putting springs inside your soft body, but that only translates force from one vertex to another (whereas the volume should ideally be distributed evenly and with gravity in mind)

Thats what it is actually. I just sculpt the skin manually and make a moprhtarget (blendshape/shapekey) for each specific costume. Then I make sure the correct one is on for each inside the engine.

I just made a pose where I scaled and moved the bones to make a good big boob shape, and used that inside a pose blend node to add the transforms ontop of the base anim. The advantage of doing that over a blendshape is that you get all the clothing to scale up and down for free. With blendshapes youll need to manually generate those for each piece.

take for example a picture of person t-posing in real life. you have measurements and proportions even from this single viewpoint which can be used to generate depth. for example they have huge hips, this in turn can generate a big butt. wide thighs means they are proportionately thick in other areas. you have a base mesh to start with, so it doesn't need to create the mesh from scratch, only adjustments made from the single viewpoint to match it up, and then proportionately adjust the depth based on that.

anyone get what i'm saying? i feel like this is way too useful for a scrub like me to be the first to think of it.

Thanks, i simply used custom blend shapes (morph targets) to deform the boobs to look like a soft jiggly surface deformed by pressure.
Along with that I applied a custom boob-pose for the bones and tweaked the dynamics weighting a little depending on which area of the boobs is restrained.
