I'm getting a problem in 3ds max 2016. I cannot see ghosting frames if there is geometry behind it. How do I fix this? it wasn't like that in 2014.
it means that 3DS is getting old and is starting to feel ethereal
actually turns out i just had to change graphics mode to opengl. odd but it fixed it??
ok new question:why is this odd skinning glitch happening when I move the main dummy that is in charge of the bip01 bone and his board? his knees will only update to the right place when I place a key on the frame, otherwise they lag ugly behind like this...is it the twist links? the feet are planted to the board via the bigger dummy using biped-IK from the key-info rollout. This is not a problem on my characters without twist links...
no-twistlinks character examplemy idea was to remove the twist links but it seems to completely destroy the rig
