I'm trying to make a sorta cute style space game. Here's my WIP Character. What do you guys think? I'll upload two gifs and two pictures of the model.

You should post in WiP thread instead of making your own thread.

I think it's pretty cute, because of how simple it is. The appeal comes from the dotted eyes, but the visor gets in the way. The visor takes away the personality, and it looks like a blindfold.

The pure white body is quite straining on eyes.

This. Maybe try a gradiant with white, also try making the visor transparent and some other color, possibly another gradiant but see what if it looks the way you want though.
