If you had a lot of money already but wanted to get into the industry just to see how bad it really is, what studio would you apply to first?

I was going to apply to WETA, but they only hire new zealand fags and I'm in London

Well if you're in London, why not apply to MPC or Framestore?

Because it's the poor man's Australia?

If you're in London I suggest Dneg, Framestore, Jellyfish or Axys. Dunno how it is there, but MPC had kind of a bad reputation in Canada.

>WETA only hire kiwis

That's completely untrue, I know people from all over the world who work/have worked there. The problem is they only hire experienced people so why would they hire you, who has never worked in the industry before?
