I kinda figured out the bit about the eyes. If you go to each eye surface and apply the right shader in the right color then it turns out ok.Now i have another problem it seems it's quite common. When you use Iray every little flaw in a game ripped model is going to scream out at you especially if they're in a scene with proper assets like that dress. Since you have Zbrush have you tried sculpting your own clothing? A simple pair of pants like that should be very simple to sculpt in Zbrush and will look 1000 times better in your render than low resolution game ripped clothing. If you're able to use Zbrush well enough to make those hair morphs I have confidence you'd be able to make decent clothing with it too.

For example I didn't bother making her neck more slender and longer but it's doable with the dials provided.
