"People are being dishonest and delusional about what they can actually accomplish in Blender"- Blender SenseiAnd remember not to make clothes for fetuses.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UlAD-dAaHR8
>>617006Isn't Blender Sensei that shitty paid addon he keeps peddling?
>>617030The blender sensei addon is amazing. Much better than bforartists.
>>617033Too bad he's going to have to rewrite it if and when Blender 2.8 comes out because the python API is not going to be compatible.
>>617030Of course blendlets will hate anything that makes their software better.
>>617053No. We just hate paying good money for shitty bloatware.
>>617077The Blender Sensei addon isn't bloating the software at all you curmudgeon. It's offering a slightly different (and sexy) interface that makes more sense, a handy new pannel with quick and easy tools to use, and the workflow remains basically the same (including the shortcuts). It's basically a fork that isn't retarded (unlike bforartists which fucks up everything and makes the software more confusing).
>>617077I bought it after watching a few videos. You can actually get it for free, but I gave the guy some money because I'm not a cheap communist fuck like more than half of the blender fanbase is. It's totally worth it.
>>617006I love blender but it's fucking stupid if you stop for a few weeks. There's some shortcuts that are drilled into you from every teacher but then there are some things you need a print-out for. I hang that shit above my desk cause there's literally too many shortcuts to do even simple things that I forget about. And I say that because I'm probably going through about 10 other programs. The UI needs to be a little easier to grasp. Whether it's this guy or bforartists, Blender needs to update that shit. No doubt it can be used for great things and it does it's job well but holy fuck do I hate and get anxiety even thinking about launching it to do some work some days.
