Here is a question i hope can be answered. What program can i get that exports meshs with their textrues as well? I only know of 3dsmax and thats about a grand a year. Is that the only program that does that?

Pretty much anything. If you are looking for a freeware solution, go for Blender. Plenty of Tutorials around.

Oh thank you for the replay. But i dont think i explained it well enough. I ripped a model from a game and its textures included, i want to import them to blender together. But it seems i have to bring in the model bare. And apply the textures from a uVmap. Which i just wanted the game model and the textrues already together

textures are always seperated from their meshes. The software you use to display/edit both does not matter.

You'll need to import your mesh, apply textures afterwards. It should probably already have a UV map.

You should do some googling though, there are billions of tutorials for this literal thing around. No need in going into lengthy explanations here really. https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/dev/data_system/files/import_export.html
