I think the contour is weird. Jaw starts getting narrower right past cheek bones, it dips in a lot and then the chin is super flat.

No eyelids, I think eyes are slightly too far apart.
Ears look weird

Study more anatomy. Also, like someone else said, eyelids.

The mouth is an area you should work on for the time being, it's by far the most fucked. Also, give the guy a neck. It'll help with balancing the proportions
