How is it for sculpting?
>>
>>603275
its excellent but you have to sand down the surface of the wacom with extra fine steel wool because they made the surface rough to sell more nibs
>>
>>603273
That literally looks like a big ass chair, exactly how fat are you?
>>
>>603278
190 lbs
>>
>>603279
Im 178lbs, this honestly looked like more for what do you need that pillow thing?
>>
>>603280
Its padded memory foam
>>
>>603273
That cactus doesn't look too healthy :/
>>
>>603275
Awesome. I owned two large Wacoms in the past (int3 & int5), and now have a Medium Pro, I think I prefer the smaller size for 3D work.
You don't really need the level of control a big tablet offers for sculpting, have to deal with the extra size on table and give your arm a workout to reach from point to point.
It's more of a good idea if you have an ultra wide monitor and have to compensate for the crop from the aspect ratio difference, which OP does have.

>>603277
It's definitely rough compared to the Intuos 3 and 5, but at least they sell a smooth surface mat as an option. I don't think I'll bother switching mine unless I somehow end up damaging it though.
>>
>>603273
OP, if you're trying to show off, try harder.
All I see is a missing arm on the chair, two desks rammed into a corner instead of 1 solid L shaped one, ancient AC vents and incredibly bad cord management skills.

can't afford dissent chair
>>603279
How much is this in non freedom units?
>>
>>603287
>>603292
The chair is perfect, all it needs is some occasional WD40

The desks are fine. I'm moving past the physical into the purely digital anyways, wooden L desks mean little to me

The cables are what they are. In case anything goes wrong, I have a fire extinguisher off camera

For someone who's job it probably is to design things you have an exceptionally bad taste. Your room looks like mine when I was 14.

Throw all that ugly shit out and invest 500$, drive to an IKEA and craft yourself a proper, professional looking office.
This looks like you record Minecraft Let's Plays and fuck a waifu pillow at night.

And what the fuck is that headset?!
>>
>>603317
Perhaps this is my room from when I was 14, asshole.
>>
>>603317
Koss porta pro headset. And widely considered one of the best headphones in it's price range.

Wow, 4chinz never changes. All you faggots do is bitch and complain, never actually getting any thing. You fucking losers can't even hold a thread together properly. No wonder the industry is gonna treat you like shit. Y'all can't even prioritize properly.

I know, boring as fuck. But this is where me and my bro makes games.

Pretty much only code these days, so I've packed up my tablet.

>inb4 shit speakers
Never used them, got them for free.

Specs:
BENQ XL2411 144Hz 24"
BENQ GL2750 27"
Intel i7-6700K
Nvidia GeForce GTX 980 Ti (aka best card ever made)

Also got a server PC running behind me.

Having a clean well organized work space isn't boring, it's smart.
>>605011
Nice setup, but is it really only the one monitor?
>>
>>605042
>one monitor
At the moment yes. I'm debating on what to get as my next. Probably a second one and I'll get a mount for it to sit above this one.

Sorry for the blurry-ass pic, my phone camera sucks.

>i7-2600
>EVGA GTX 1080 ACX3.0
>12GB GDDR3 1333MHz
>Samsung 850 Evo SSD

It all kinda works but it feels like poverty setup.

>main table is used party one from out back
>barely any space to fit "mousepad" (a dang empty envelope), wacom and keyboard side-to-side
>can't scootch mouse over to next table because then I have to stretch my arm over and I instinctively prop my entire arm with my palm which causes a lot of strain.
>can't put wacom above keyboard because the dang cable makes the footing uneven and I brush against the keys with my arm
>three separate monitors so three things to adjust when I want to reduce the levels of blue light after sunset
>table just looks ugly AF even though it's supposed to be as clean as it can be

I'm open to suggestions though I can't spend much money to change things. I'm gonna move soon though so I'll probably just bear with it for two more months.

An older pic, MBP has been replaced with a Late 2011 i7.
Right MP is my workstation- octocore 3GHz Xeon, 32GB, 3GB 7990. Left is the server/render box- octocore 2.66GHz Xeon, 24GB, 512MB 8800 GTX. Main display is a 29” Yamasaki Perfect Pixel 4K, flanking are a pair of 24” 1920x1200, one is an HP, the other IBM. Wacom Intuos 4 Large, Matias Tactile Pro, Kensington Turbo Mouse.

How many hours can you actually spend on the tablet with that set up?
Do you just leave your arms hovering in the air? What do you do with your elbows? Doesn't the white desk get in the way?

>How many hours can you actually spend on the tablet with that set up?
been using the wacom setup like this for over a year, 99% of the time

>Do you just leave your arms hovering in the air?
elbows are normal, the rest on the arm rest and the remains of the left arm rest. The plastic is relatively soft

>Doesn't the white desk get in the way?
no, as you can see that's where I solder and can control the second pc with the second mouse and keyboard
