it's my first time using 3d modelling software and I've run into a road block. can anybody help me delete a specific part of a mesh? or help me with gradients? below is what I'm seeing

i would say the white piece of the mesh is actually supposed to be a transparent decal, there should be an extra texture. it requires a setup as well
