It's a result of your far clip plane being too close, you need to select your perspective camera, then in the attribute editor once you have that camera selected find the far clip, and add a few zeros to the end of that number, should fix it. You can do a similar thing for the near clip plane for very small objects you have to get close to, by adjusting that number as well
This sometimes happens if your scene is very big or very small. There is nothing actually wrong with your scene, just a camera display issue in the viewport
