Don't listen to that faggot, what you want is Nuke, the best VFX product out by autodesk and a 3D package, I recommend milkshape, by foundry.

I'd do it with Houdini personally. Optical flow to run a softbody sim over it, then Nuke to mask in just the face. But there are probably more user-friendly ways.
