Friend and I are making an educational short for kids, we where going to post it on youtube and be done with it but now we feel like it could be TV material.
Anybody knows what channels can be used pitch a childrens show? Should we go to festivals or there is another way. I heard shows like Pocoyo started on a film festival on Spain.
