Kino4D

i heard it's easy to use. i wish i had time to learn it

Great for mograph. It has issues when put into a game asset pipeline (bad unwrapping and no RGB vertex paint option, last I used it at least). I learned 3D in Cinema and had a lot of fun, but Blender is better for my needs.

>Part of windowlicker was made in c4d

I was 100% certain that was a mask.

I use it with Blender, Zbrush, and After Effects/Premiere. I mainly do composites for film with c4d. I really want to explore Houdini and Maya more into my "pipeline" but I love C4D. I tried everything else before and gave up quick before I finally sat down and committed to a 3D program and Cinema is the easiest to understand but I think it's more geared towards film/tv and graphic design work.

Damn, you beat me to it

2d/3d motion graphics? Use C4D
Tracking with 3d compositing? Use C4D.
Text, mid-tier particles, arrays? Use C4D.
Want to create something stylish very easily? Use C4D.

Hard surface modelling? Use something else.
Rigging/animation? Use something else.

Lol moron, that's just fanart of windowlicker. How retarded are you?
>>
Completely useless for game assets unless you're using shitty unity. The software itself is dope though, but the fbx support is complete and utter crap.

Unwrapping still sucks but the last two versions have finally got vertex colors

outside of that I really love the UI

Better than maya for 3d animatoin
Better than after effects for 2d animation
Better than houdini for procedural animation

Whatever happened to Cunningham?

what end of the spectrum are you on, because you seem to be tipping the scale in one way or another.

Just been fucking about with indie bands and seemingly not managing to get projects off the ground.

What?
