How do I get attention to my art, and how many pieces to make before applying to studios?

Make shit you want to see, and make enough to not worry.

Become the best CG artist in the world before you apply for studios.

apply and see what happens. If you don't get a job, apply for internships. if you can't get an internship, you should probably just get a job in a different industry that's less competetive while you get better in your sparetime. You can send applications every 2 months or so. Most CGI companies get a fuckton of applications so they will forget you right away if you don't land a job/interview or something. So don't think you only have one chance of applying to a company.

why not just make stuff freelance? there is a growing indie game market that needs talent and the entire fucking internet to find someone willing to buy your stuff. Stop chasing 'the industry' dream stupid goyims

Why not just be a hobbyist and pollute your hobby with petty things like money and fame?

>cgi guys and production staff
>fame
pick one

It's human nature to seek recognition and mastery in ones field. Unless you're a female (then go nurture a youngling instead) or an oestrogenic nu-male Cuck (then kill yourself instead).

This is what peak wisdom looks like. You may not like it, but this anon speaks the truth.
