Does someone know how can i "3D" track rotation or scale in Nuke?

lets say i am tracking a hand with some green stickers on to track it or some shit like this. The hand will go up,down, left, right of course but i can for example rotate my wrist too, is there a way for nuke to track that rotation so if i attach a 3d object to it it will rotate automatically without me making the rotation animation manually for every movement of the wrist?
