You enter those jobs under the premise of being somewhat experienced in the field, so they'll take you in and complete your training, then try to hire you on, later. Some of them are paid. Just make a portfolio and send it out. Disney is big on finding fresh talent.
You could probably get some decent gigs doing mobile
