Lets say I want to make SFM porn, where do I start finding nude models? Do I have to model them myself? For those people earning money on Patreon doing this, where do they get their models from? For 3D models that already exists on the internet like Overwatch I know dicks can be added fairly easy but how are clothes taken off?

Most nude models of characters are actually all the same body, except the original head was cut off and the new character's head was added in.

This is the infamous "headhack" procedure. On some models, the guy who did it even forgets to smooth the edge loop where the neck connects to the shoulders, making it a glaring indication that the body belongs to another character.

Either way, don't expect a lot of variety coming from SFM, unless the animators are comissioning/modelling individual bodies for every character they shove a horse dong into.

I downloaded a model but its fully clothed but I can see that its nude under the clothes with the camera but I dont know how to remove them, does know how to get them off. model in pic not related.

also I downloaded sfm today and watched the official tutorials and then made this picture.

how much does it cost to have a model made by commission? I am thinking it would be worth it to buy models.

I don't think they are really interested in combing through all that shit just to sue some autist who's making shitty porn.
Especially since they'd have to find employees who are willing to look at that porn in the first place, file a DMCA notice and since a lot of those sites are located on offshore servers and will just ignore them, they'd have to get real lawyers involved, which costs lots of money.
Even then, the kind of person who makes that kind of porn is probably mentally damaged in some way and having someone become an hero because you took away their autistic hobby is the last thing a company like Blizzard needs.

Here's what you do.

1) Throw SFM in the garbage.
2) Download Daz Studio.
3) Use any one of the Genesis figures to create a figure that has the body of the figure you want to make porn of.
4) Export the figure as an OBJ.
5) Import the figure into the modelling program of your choice as well as the rip of the model from the game you want to make porn of.
6) Make sure you convert your game rip model back to quads
7) Remove head from Genesis body, remove body from game model head.
8) Attach game head to Genesis body,
9) Export new nude figure and import it into Maya
10) Re-rig the new figure and animate it in Maya. Now you will have a nice nude body and head that can both be subdivided because they're quads.
11) Upload to the internets or just fap in the privacy of your own home.

The way i do shit:

>Import gamemesh or any mesh of female character into DAZ, and overlay it onto the DAZ model
>Use all kinds of body and headmorphs to get the DAZ model as close to the gamemesh as possible
>Export daz model that is close to gamemesh
>Import both daz model and gamemesh into Blender
>Use modifiers like shrinkwrap and warp to get the DAZ model even closer to gamemesh
>Maybe sculpt a few parts if needed to get even more closer
>Bake textures of gamemesh onto DAZ model
>Optional: mix and add baked textures with original daz textures for realism when rendering if you want

Now you have a completely functional, rigged DAZ model with great topology that looks exactly like the gamemesh, and you can even throw it back into DAZ if you want. You can also throw in the hair and clothes of the gamemesh and it can automatically re-rig that shit for you, and have shitload of options to further modify the character too.

And we were planning on moving it Unreal.

Is it easier to color the UVs in 3Dcoat?
Do we have to retopo?
I'm guessing we have to weight map and do the musculature ourselves.
Also once that's done. And you move it into the game engine, does the game engine automatically know how to do basic animations like walking cycles? It seems like it would be super basic unless they have various walking scripts ready to plug in to the game engine.

(sorry to ask so much rather ask here than find out from watching 20 videos that vaguely resemble my questions)

Been learning Java on the side a bit just in case I need to use it.
