The problem with the face is that her eyes are not right. The irises look like they're pasted on similar to how some people wear colored contact lenses or like Jason Mamoas Aquaman. This triggers the uncanny valley effect since irises in reality are slightly concave and recessed behind the lens and light falls on them a certain way. They made her eyes look bugged out too...like there's no occlusion from the upper eyelids, the lower lid isn't there, and the eyes have a waxy appearance. Of all the features on the face the eyes are the most important...and the most obvious when you get them wrong.In this pic all i did was mess with the eyes.

They actively WANTED them to look shit. The problems with textures, animations, clipping etc. just simply stem from their inability. The studio staff (in it's conception at the production) was simply unable to create error free content..TL;DR: Devs consisted of feminists and racist brown people. They intentionally fucked up the female models. All other problems came from their lack of skills, because they rather hired a 'diverse' staff, instead of evaluating them upon their actual skill/experience.

So what must have happened is that the guy made the thing. Put it in and didn't polish it. Had it as a todo.
