Boobs need work. Breasts that large wouldn't be connected to the body like that. The bottom part of the breast would be folded over top of where they connect to the torso.

Clearly you are not a connoisseur of the female form. There are plenty of breasts that connect lower down the torso, and are firmer, and thus don't fold down like you're describing.
Furthermore, you don't model breasts as they sit with gravity. Clearly OP is modelling a base mesh, which presumably well be rigged or at least posed after it's modelled, which is the point at which you adjust the breasts to sit correctly.

I've been messing around with 3d for a long time doing some animation and different stuff. I've always used video game assets and I've done a lot of rigging so I've seen how topology is supposed to work. I gathered a lot of reference pictures for topology though. I'll dump some of the ones I used.
