Work blurred out because nsfw.

>>540308How can people get any work done on these retarded little hipster keyboards?
>>5403122X time spent
>>540309how is that device working for ya?
>>540312It's all about how you use it, not about being big..!
>>540312and the fucking lights. Just why? And eating a chocolate bar and coke whilst making shit tier sfm porn. I'm triggered.
>>540320spacemouse pro? I can't live without it anymore. I had one of those smaller ones, but upgraded to this as soon as I could, bc ergonomy and more buttons for shortcuts.
>>540326I'm about to buy just the joystick. I feel as if the rest of the stuff will be in the way, making me move my hand more. What kind of work do you do mainly? I'm guessing it's far better to have the entire thing if you're modelling and similar.I only animate.

>>540331Do you run a darknet market dude?
tablets in my drawer cause we are going to be repainting and replacing the floors soon.
>>540347Nope just a small gamedev company.
>>540353so...simplicity is it?
>>540353`Pretty cute :)
>>540328au contraire, like 10 shortcuts are at your fingertips, no excess moving required. and I don't reach for keyboard very often. but if you can easily sell the smaller model and upgrade, sure, go with that first.
>>540308Really like this setup nice and clean not over keen on keyboard though personally
>>540308was that porn?
>>540280bumpshare em guyze
Really old pic, but setup is still the same. What are you nerdos working on?
>>540324Aestehtics.Its also the highest tier of porn.>>540399Im not a fan of clunky and loud mechanical keyboards.>>540991Maybe!
>>541063>that keyboardDear god why
>>541167What's wrong with the keyboard, anon? :(
>>541189Not the same annon but it's cos it's tiny more than likely
>>541230Hey it could be a chick that's why it's pink

>Girls on the internet>Especially on /3/That's rich. Next you're going to say they poop too, right?
>>540280>tfw can't show mine cause it'd breach NDA
>>541277whats that tilted monitor thing?
>>54171224" IPS monitor
>>541063Which tablet is that?
>>541167>>541206It's actually really awesome keyboard. Know a guy with it. Find in shop and try it out.
>>54172113" CintiqHD>>541206I just need the essentials which are very few. Number row 1-0 for inputting translation values. Q/W/E/R, Space, S for Set key, Alt, Shift, Control, Enter. Literally the absolute basics. No real need for F-Keys, Arrow keys, Num-Pad, Pause/Insert/Delete cluster. It's just what I find most comfortable for working.>>541230Pink's a cute color m8. I would have gone with gold, but I don't have like $100+ to spend on Gold Zinc keycaps. Plus it'd look pretty gaudy with my setup. >>541723Thx m8
>>542226You are a girl right?
>>542233I thought so, too.But see the books in the background? He's literate, so definitely not a girl.
>>540312Personal preference. Some people feel like chiclet keys are smoother and easier to use. I personally have big hands and love mechanicals, but I can see where the other preferences come from
>>542235looks like someone took the red pill. :^)
>>540280I´m filthy and repulsive.>...and i like it.
>>542265Oh god what happened to your oppai mousepad? Please tell me she survived a fire or something and it's not just years of wrist gunk buildup.
>>542266>years of wrist gunk buildupMonths, actually. Every six i have to dip her in bleach.
>>542271Holy shit, wash yourself once in a while you fucking neet
>>542286Yup, SHE is not a trap.>>542288I washed her. She kissed and thanked me.
>>542226thats some weird joysticks
Just got it in the mail and put it in my living room I still have a long way to go before i can do some powerful stuff, but it is a start.>2016>Having one mouse
>>542265Jesus christ! Your desk is actually melting from contact with your filth. I can actually smell your stench looking at that picture. You've tainted us all you bastard.
>>542312I7 3GHz, 48 Giga RAM, Geforce 700-i-was-expensive-then. Big ass hydraulic cooler and about ten case fans to battle local hot climate, but since this is beach area rust is a constant threat. 5 from the 9 HDDs are plugged externally on USB ports, i leave the small internal HSD for windows and apps, and the occasional new game from Steam.Could be worse.
>>541277>better open code on every single screen i own>surely this will impress anon
>>542486>game engine programming isn't 3dcg
>>542489>not relevant to my pointretard
>>542494>doesnt know how to greentextm8, 99% of the time I do 3d its spent debugging in visual studio. This pic is an accurate representation of that reality.
>>542458Moved it24gb ddr4 ram 2tb hdd with i5 in desktop. Getting a gpu in 2 weeks.Laptop is amd 8gb ram.
>>542839I am going to add another computer to my right as a server and extra computer

>>542226Why does a dude have two big giant animal dildos on his desk while he's working
>>542848My uncle got it from his old job.
>>542907To remind him who he is
>>542210>13" CintiqHDHow are you liking its size?I've used an old, small Intuos for years now, interested in switching to the Cintiq series.
>>542851It's an oil painting I made. Used a portrait photo of him as reference, so you will find it via google.
>>542966Good choice of mouse. I have the same one
>>542974Couldn't live without it now, or the logitech game board - spent a couple days programming so many shortcuts and macros into it and now i just blast through most stuff without ever accessing a menu or a toolbar.
>>542978oh man looks like a dope place to chill, i want a room like this. how much do you make?
>>542996Depends on the month, but usually between 4 and 5k usd per month. Freelance job only, i land a pretty good deal with client from Canada (they pay me in USD not CAD, important to mention).4x my country average, but I live in Poland, so numbers don't translate well - a normal (not retarded, unskilled or handicapped) person here earns about 600-700usd per month, so I can allow myself to buy some items that otherwise would be considered luxury items.
>>543003nice, doing 3d?
>>543025Yes, 60% evaluating other people work, 30% doing 3d work myself, 10% doing technica artist stuff - engine work, shaders, simple programming n shit. I miss times i could spent whole day modelling, sadly, its long time gone.12 years working in th eindustry, started with mods for cs 1.5 (or 1.5, dont remember desu), then doing first scene-demos, indie dev (it was fun when there were no such things like UDK or unity, you NEED to have a programmer that was autistic enough to be able to write his own engine, otherwise, ogre / torque endine and anal pain everyday awaited you :D). Then it was down the spiral, even worked for 6 months for military sector, and then get back into gamedev.
My uncleaned desk.
>>543076that is disgusting - sort that shit out immediately; you need cleanliness and orderliness to focus and do this kind of work properly. have some respect for your work, yourself and your industry.
>>543076>tiara in the cornerYou better post your tits, or we´ll call you a RAGING FAGGOT.
>>543114I think it's a hairband, anon. A child's hairband.<worried face>
>>543112Sorted>>543114Call me what ever, I just wanted to post my workspace. >>543121Just a hair band. Just the ones that are most comfortable to wear when working.
>>541062All the money spent on those guns and you still only have two hands to hold them.
Pretty basic but it does the job, added a pic to show my skill level
>>541241> that carpetHow many cats do you own
>>542226damn w-what is with 4chan and dragon dildos, seriously?
>>542265How can you stand to live in such filth? Have you no pride?
>>542839got the new gpu and loveing itrx 470

>>540308w2c keyboard m8?
>>540280does anyone know what speakers those are and if they're any good?
>>547537looks like a generic $70 5.1 speaker setup. I'm willing to bet there's a subwoofer under his desk or something. Picture has the brand name in it so you can probably find something similar on their website. If you've never had a 5.1 system before it's pretty amazing, but to take full advantage you need to set it up around you and not just stick all the speakers in front of you. May also need a sound card to support the multiple audio channels.I have a similar speaker setup from LG and i'm willing to bet they are really similar if not the same.
