So, was pic related the only one that went popular?

That's a Russian gamedev meme that predates 4chan, it has nothing to do with /3/

Does anyone have physics sim spinboobs.gif? Or the cock trumpet physics gif? Those are the only meme material I think ive seen on /3/. There were a few RENDER COMPLETE spoofs as well, like "my game concept crate with 4k maps and 1,000,000 poly" or something
>>

I was just making one of these too

Flat shading really brings it together.

are you using dialogue manager asset for the popups ? make this happen !
>>
>>529137

Its one of the things I am working on.

>>529138

Thanks! No, it's Unity.

>>529149

No, I made it myself. Its quite simple

if(angle<30 && distance<5)
{

bubble.isActive(true);
bubble.LookAt(player);

} else{

bubble.isActive(false);
}
>>
>>529154
It's checking every bubble in every frame? Suboptimal desu.

It works fine and I dont have the best hardware specs.
>>
>>529255
It's a small number and an if switch doesn't take too many cycles, nevertheless it's still bad craftsmanship desu.
The code is executing per entity, right? Just saying it would be more efficient to only test entities that are in the same region as the player, via some sort of space partitioning.

Mr Andrsn, we missd u :------D
>>
>>529255
how did you make them turn their head at the player with IK ?
>>
>>529260

Yes, its actually a humanoid rig, the arm bones are there but dont have any purpose.
>>
>>529261
no I mean is there a script that makes them turn their IK heads to the player when you're in a certain range ?
>>
>>529262

Yes, if you know Unity you can use the built in Unity function for humanoid rigs to more easily access bones and do an IK pass and use any other humanoid animations on it.
>>
>>529136
this...actually works.

what the fuck.
>>
>>529161
>>529255
I agree that it is suboptimal. Use FixedUpdate() or maybe even LateUpdate() for this.
>>
>>529136
