His stuff's uncanny because it comes fairly close and then something's too flat or too prominent.

Noses become huge and tumblr-level reddened, smiles get wrinkles that you never see on faces that fat, abdomens roll not like fat but jelly in a plastic bag, and the mouths are just plain ghoulish.
