In this modern era, I've been trained to only be satisfied with high poly count, so when I try to do low poly art I end up feeling like it doesn't have enough detail, even though more detail is exactly what the model doesn't need.Anyone else have this problem?

>>523629why is that perfectly good quad cut into tris and then there is a penta right next to it?
>>523694>As if quads matter in micro poly.Anything that holds the shape is valid in that type of work anon. You don't have to worry about any subdivisions and deformation. It's like you read somewhere that tris and n-gons where bad and you just accepted this piece of knowledge without understanding why.And now you iterate what you heard like a mindless little drone attempting to act superior, it's unbecoming, shame on you.
