Does anybody have any experience with Nuke? I've been using AE for a few years now but I keep hearing about this program. Is it any better?

>>522404Im AE vet but Nuke is probably better anon.
Nuke is infinitely better than AE. They don't even compare.
AE is so much better that this isn't even a question, are you stupid OP?
>>522446Are YOU stupid?
Well as everyone here is being a dumb dumb. For work learn both, there is no reason not to and studios vary on this kind of thing, due to budget and what the senior members prefer. but as that is probably not the answer you are looking for;> AE for motion graphics> Nuke for compAs a side not, nuke is node based, and if you haven't worked in anything node based before, it will probably kick your ass for a few hours.
I think this is great explanation why nuke is better and in what situations.Comp/3d...And why AE are batter - motion graphicshttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=POpi-Jt_EaQ
After effects is better for animation and Nuke way better for compositing.
