Hey guys, I'm actually working with c4d, I find maya more and more attractive.
Your advices

I'm no pro, so take my advice lightly.

I'm pretty sure they serve two different purposes, or they are better when it comes to certain situations. I work with c4d, and it seems like a lot of people talk shit about it. But my abilities haven't outgrown the program yet, so I'm fine for right now.

I think the biggest question is, why does maya seem more attractive, and what do you use it for?

For games and movie Maya works well because modeling tools and animating for characters. For motion graphics and promo stuff c4d is the best.
