Can anyone help me with 3d modeling a character? Me and a couple of friends are planning to make a game. See attached Concept Art.

I like his cape, it adds a nice touch. I am guessing from the cape and oversized left forelimb that this is a superhero game. You should make sure you are not infringing on Marvel's IP before you proceed.

It's a part of this body, like a camel hump. Instead of water, it's where he storage his power.

The exact color is not decided, but make it dark-ish shade.

We will use Unity 3D - atleast try not to get over 20K.

Rigged character is not a necessity - but if this is possible - we would really appreciate it.

OP here. Thank you so much. Is it possible to get a more natural texture of the skin? And more realistic muscles, atleast on the punch arm. Also, where is the hump of the back? I can't see it, or is it because of the angle?

Great work. I love how natural the face looks, just beautiful. Was just gonna tell you to make the hump bigger. Some little constructive criticism: I understand that the body is a mirrored, but you can go even bigger on the hand. The hand is a weapon!

Oh my good. It looks so good. You even got the blood vessels right. AMAZING! I will check in here tomorrow!

One thing we talked about is that you charge up energy. This character stores this energy in the back hump. So, we will probably animate so the hump grows bigger, the more energi you charge.

Now, the hump looks almost contagious. So I am thinking - if you charge so long, the hump will brust! You will die but also infect others.

Well, I finally got some work after a while, but it's graphic design and I hate it, but sometimes I just gotta do it. But because of this I haven't done anything 3d related in about 2 weeks and since I got some time now I was like "why not?"

Yeah it's zbrush. I just appended a cylinder and sculpted it into a finger, then I duplicated it and fused it with the body using dynamesh.

Everytime someone punch you - your percentage incrases (Like in Smash, but we will probably change % to something else). If someone hit you when you have high % you will punched very hard and fly like a ragdoll. So you might die if you hit a building. But if you press special key, you might avoid the damage.

And characters might also have specials, like Hump Man will be able to grab and throw people. Or, we will also have powerups. We haven't decided about that.

Instead of making my own thread I figured I could post my own question regarding character modelling and skinning, if that is alright?

I have this great robot design from a friend but I've never modelled a character this way so at the moment I'm pretty lost on how to go about doing so with what I have. Searching for a tutorial which would explain the process but I don't think I've found the right one for this example.
