I'm trying to make an animation of a female in this position pictured (reverse cowgirl) with both hands and feet locked in there location and the hips doing all the action. with a rigify skeleton, in blender. I was wondering if any of the vastly intelligent people of /3/ would know how to do this
All you need is a proper inverse kinematic rig so you only really have to animate the hip effector. Just look up Blender HK/IK rigs.
